Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and track work assignments according to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure teams execute processes according to standard methods or approved processes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead your team, driving performance and decision-making.
  • Provide solutions to problems within your team and across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop innovative strategies to optimize merchandise and assortment planning processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandise and assortment planning.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail Merchandise & Assortment Planning.
  • Strong experience in SAP for Retail System Integration, Technology Architecture, and Core Merchandising & Master Data.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, managing project deliverables, and driving decision-making processes.
  • Strong background in SAP environments and related retail business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in retail and merchandise planning technologies.
