Job Title: Retail Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with merchandising and visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
