Job Title: Retail Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 and the opportunity to work flexible hours, with no weekend working. You will be based in Swinton and may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. As a Retail Assistant, you will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to make working here as smooth as possible. You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.
