FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial client liaison team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the London/M25 area.

About the RoleAs an HVAC Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your primary objectives will include:
- Building relationships with key clients (initially 5) and increasing this number over time.
- Maintaining open communication with clients through regular meetings and updates.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell added services to clients.
- Preparing and presenting planned maintenance schedules to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum), depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
