ABM UK is seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Operative to join our team in Bournemouth. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting all surfaces.
- Scrubbing kitchen and toilets.
- Hoovering and mopping floors and using Floor Scrubber Dryer.
- Disinfecting all high-touch points and ensuring outside areas are free from litter.
- Detail work, including skirtings, sills, fixtures, and more.
- Following group and company policies and procedures.
- Back of House and Front of House management of areas.
- Reporting any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
- Using all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
- Reporting any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system.
Requirements:
- Cleaning experience.
- Good attendance.
- Timekeeping.
- Good communicational skills - use of radios is required.
- Availability for occasional cover shifts.
