Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Commercial Finance/FP&A Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial trajectory of a fast-growing, global business.

Your expertise in financial modelling and commercial strategy will be critical in accelerating our expansion and supporting high-stakes decision-making.

This role offers extensive visibility across the organisation, partnering with key stakeholders to refine strategic initiatives and lead business intelligence efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and refine our financial models—from Budget to long-range planning (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Provide strategic financial insights by collaborating with the Management Accounts Team, delivering impactful commentary on performance trends and opportunities.
  • Act as a financial partner to leadership teams—including content, product, data, and C-suite—guiding business decisions that shape our continued expansion and evolution.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA etc) with proven experience in a fast-paced FP&A environment.
  • Master of financial modelling—with extensive experience in Excel and other financial modelling tools, you'll deliver accurate and actionable insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen—you understand the big picture and have a natural talent for influencing stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including Westfield Health, 33 annual leave days per year (pro-rata) inclusive bank holidays, and more.
