Job Title: Health and Social Care Quality Lead

Location: South Wales (with travel as required)

Estimated Salary: £35,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Quality Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Assessors to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in the Health and Social Care sector.

The ideal candidate will have relevant occupational competence within Health and Social Care, proven experience of delivering high-quality training and support, and experience leading and supporting Assessors to improve delivery quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Assessors to improve the quality of delivery across all Health and Social Care learning programmes.
  • Plan and conduct sampling and verification activities to monitor and improve learner progression and achievement.
  • Ensure IQA processes exceed the requirements of Awarding Organisations, regulatory bodies, and company standards.

Requirements:

  • A1/CAVA or equivalent Assessor qualification
  • V1/TAQA or equivalent IQA qualification
  • Relevant occupational competence within Health and Social Care
  • Full driving licence with access to a vehicle and willingness to travel
