The Union Jack Club is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Clubs restaurant, bar, espresso bar, and conference and banqueting operations on a shift basis.
  • Lead the Food and Beverage team to ensure that members and guests receive the highest standard of service and hospitality.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
