About the Job

We are currently seeking a Works Delivery Team Leader to lead our team of contractors and engineers in delivering heavy maintenance and small-scale renewal works to Network Rail standards. As a key member of our Works Delivery department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction management processes, systems, and standards, as well as knowledge of budget management and cost/waste control processes and techniques. A salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum is on offer for this challenging and rewarding role.

You will be responsible for managing and directing the Works Delivery team, adhering to company policies and procedures, and implementing safety, asset performance, reliability, productivity, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
