Learning and Development Assistant

This SEN teaching assistant position is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in a child's learning journey. Based in a welcoming primary school in Lincoln, LN5, you will be working closely with our experienced team to provide individualized support for a Year 2 pupil with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to promote the pupil's access to the curriculum and enhance their learning outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to identify and address the pupil's specific needs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working with children who have cognitive delays and additional needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet the pupil's unique needs.
