Job Title: Application Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

Howdens Joinery Co. is seeking a skilled Application Delivery Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the company's digital transformation initiative, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of new depot efficiency solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to production incidents and drive recovery and mitigation
- Ensure agreed levels of support are maintained and delivered to the Howdens user community
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance the K8 system

Requirements:

- Experience working in a software development environment
- Good understanding of Sales Order Processing module and sales processes
- Experience in Windows server-based print queues
