**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major civils scheme in Cornwall. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, delivering safely to time, and to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Site Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
* Team Management: Supervise workers, subcontractors, and work activities, and provide effective leadership and guidance.
* Project Delivery: Deliver the project to time, budget, and quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Technical Knowledge: Have sound knowledge of infrastructure delivery, gained with reputable contracting businesses, and be aware of tool box talks and their effective delivery.

**Requirements**

* Site Managers CSCS (Platinum or Black) card
* Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
* ONC/HNC/Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
* Previous experience within the Civil Engineering Projects
* Full UK driving licence
