Director, Systems Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Systems Engineering to lead our sales team in the UK & I region. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to align with cross-functional teams to ensure technical success throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Leverage the field management process to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
Ensure alignment between pre and post-sales activities, while implementing solutions in-line with client expectations.
Hire and lead a world-class team of Sales Engineers to ensure technical success throughout the sales process.
Help grow revenue within the region by focusing on helping drive the right behaviors and transformation across the entire sales organization.

Requirements
A broad base of skills and experience in sales and systems engineering.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Experience of selling into large organizations and a thorough understanding of the value of leveraging channel partners.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
