About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Apparel Production Associate to join our team at Avery Dennison. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for handling garments and ensuring they move through the transfer application process smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the wider team to manage garments, including unpacking, packing, counting, and moving them through the printing process.
  • With training, operate heat presses safely to apply logos to garments.
  • Work within an agreed shift pattern and help with basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
  • Monitor work and perform basic quality checks while adhering to agreed control processes.

You will also have the opportunity to learn how to read and follow artwork instructions and operate industrial pressing equipment.

Requirements
  • Understanding of fabrics and textiles is a plus in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
