About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team at Pacifica. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing domestic appliances in customers' homes.

With a strong background in appliance repair and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the perfect fit for our team. You will work collaboratively with our regional service managers and engineers to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes
  • Work collaboratively with our regional service managers and engineers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technology and repair techniques

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong background in appliance repair and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in appliance repair
  • Strong knowledge of domestic appliance technology and repair techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
