Project Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects across various sites, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Plan and control labor and materials required for project delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering paperwork is allocated to engineers and complete commissioning works.
  • Provide technical expertise and attend site meetings as required.
  • Line management of engineers and subcontractors, including management of employees.
  • Manage job profitability and report to the project manager.
  • Control all aspects of health and safety on sites.
  • Carry out installation and commissioning of systems and minor works when required.
  • Maintain Marlowe quality and HSE standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry.
  • Experience in engineering projects across single and multiple site locations.
  • Technical knowledge of major systems and projects.
  • Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment or alone.
  • Driven and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a challenging environment.
