Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans to ensure service users receive the necessary support and care.
- Provide personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as observation checks to ensure the residents' safety and hygiene.
- Engage service users in activities to promote their physical and mental well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social events.
- Ensure the safe use of moving and handling equipment, including hoists, slide sheets, and rotundas, to assist service users with mobility and transfers.
- Oversee the health and safety of service users under your care, reporting any concerns or incidents to management.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to cleaning rotas and safety procedures.
- Flexible hours available, including early shifts, late shifts, and night shifts.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50 for day shifts and £12.00 for night shifts.
- Minimum 3 months of paid UK work experience in a care home or nursing home setting.
- Referenceable work history, with the ability to supply 2 professional reference contacts.
- In-date mandatory training certificates.
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
