Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in sales and commercial leadership, with experience in industrial component manufacturing. They will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to the business, driving growth objectives, and enhancing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include overseeing sales, account management, and NPI teams, as well as acting as an interface between internal operations and supply chain teams. The successful candidate will also be expected to identify new opportunities in emerging markets.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales or commercial director role, with a background in both large and SME manufacturing organizations.
  • A proven track record of revenue growth and margin enhancement in an industrial component manufacturing business.
  • Experience in further developing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities in new markets.
  • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail to ensure successful contract wins.
  • Hands-on people management skills, with a focus on evolving team members' strengths for future delegation and succession planning.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
