We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Carpenter Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out a mobile role to cover our contracts in various locations across the south of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance, void works, and minor project works.
- Fitting of various types of doors, including fire doors, and first and second fixing carpentry.
- Kitchen installations, ceramic wall tiling, carpet tiling, plumbing repairs, and minor decorative works.
- Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards at all times.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2-3 in Carpentry or equivalent.
- Must be willing to undergo a DBS check.
- Experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environments.
- A full, clean current driving licence is needed so you can drive one of our vans.
