The Role

As a key member of the Engineering team at QinetiQ, you will be responsible for delivering, maintaining and improving high quality technical configuration solutions by working closely with other Engineering disciplines.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Product configuration management plans, processes and procedure ownership
  • Product engineering change control, process and procedure ownership
  • Management and leadership of the Engineering Configuration team
  • Configuration status records, processes and procedure ownership
  • Identifying current industry best Configuration Management practices to support and develop new procedures

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week based from our Ashford facility. Hybrid working is available.

Essential experience of the Configuration Manager:

  • You must have previous experience within configuration management
  • The Configuration Manager must also have leadership experience
