Quality Assurance Specialist

Barchester Healthcare, a leading provider of exceptional care services, seeks an experienced Operational Trainer to join its team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality care across our rapidly expanding portfolio of 240 care homes and independent hospitals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong training and development skills, with a passion for working in a person-centred and compassionate manner. As one of the initial points of contact between Barchester and new staff members, our Trainers should demonstrate a commitment to staff engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Coodinate and deliver induction and development training against Barchester objectives and training statistics
- Provide practical, hands-on training across a variety of subjects
- Plan and publish training calendars
- Ensure employee training files are up-to-date
- Observe workplace practice
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover.
