Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the Abergele, Denbigh, Ruthin, Mold, and Caerwys areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with complex health needs in their own homes
- Assist with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment
- Help cover existing clients' shifts and start new care packages
Requirements
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Driver with full U.K driving license
