Job Description

**Job Title:** Field Service Technician

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain our network infrastructure, including fiber optic cables and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with our network and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Be comfortable working at heights and outside in all weather conditions.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and finding suitable solutions for customers.
  • Build great relationships with customers.
  • Be an organized individual with a customer-focus, motivated to help others.
