Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial elements from bidding through to project completion
  • Enhance project profitability and minimize risks
  • Engage and supervise subcontractors
  • Negotiate terms with clients
  • Assist project teams in achieving objectives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Professional accreditation (RICS/CIOB)
  • Proven experience in managing high-value contracts
  • Expertise in rail and power infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with NEC contract frameworks
  • Competence in managing contract variations and claims, negotiating, interpreting construction drawings, understanding contract law, and proficient use of Excel and Word
