Studio Assistant Cleaning Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Assistant Cleaning Coordinator to join our team at NuServe, a leading cleaning supplier in the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Cleaning Manager to ensure seamless site operations and staff management.
  • Ensure all cleaning contracts are managed in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient records for quality and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and motivation skills to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Account Manager in ensuring payroll and accounts are accurately maintained for each client.
  • Have a thorough understanding of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals, and supervise their use.
  • Be involved in recruitment, induction training, development, and training of staff.
  • Identify training needs and ensure accurate site records are maintained.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits and address any issues highlighted.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading or supervising a team of 10 or more employees.
  • Strong communication and people management skills to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • IT literacy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent time-keeping, organisation, planning, and scheduling skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Self-motivation.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • A background in the cleaning sector.
  • Understanding of various cleaning approaches and methods.
  • Industry acumen and knowledge of external cleaning developments and innovations.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience working in a film or TV-based environment.
