Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30am to 4pm

The Role:

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm welcome and supporting the dealership with administration duties. You'll take inbound calls, transfer calls, and speak to customers in a professional manner.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet visitors and assist with queries
  • Take phone calls and respond to queries
  • Provide refreshments and maintain the seating area
  • Deal with mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confidence in speaking to customers
  • Good IT skills and administration abilities
  • A self-starter with a pride in their work
