About the Role

Caremark Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet the support requirements of our customers, respecting their individuality and promoting their independence.
  • Travel to customers' homes and assist with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.
  • Provide personal care, medication management, fluid and nutrition support, light domestic tasks, companionship, and access to the community as needed.

Requirements

  • Be caring, hard-working, and committed to making a difference.
  • Hold a driver's license and have access to a reliable car.
  • Be prepared to undergo an enhanced disclosure check.
