Safer Hand Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Care Professional Educator to join our team. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

As a Care Professional Educator, you will be responsible for delivering mandatory health and social care training modules in an engaging and informative manner. You will work collaboratively with other trainers to ensure all training modules are up-to-date and help nurture relationships with staff, supporting their continuing professional development.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • A strong background in the care sector;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Health and Social Care training;
  • Exceptional communication skills and excellent organisational skills;
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy when communicating with care staff;
  • RQF/PTLLS certification is desirable;
  • Qualifications in Basic Food Hygiene; Health & Safety; COSHH; Mental Capacity/DOLs; Dementia; Moving and Handling (Theory & Practical), First Aid/BLS; Medication.
