Job Title: BMS Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to join our in-house MEP Engineering business, Crown House Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Schneider systems projects from pre-construction to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a satisfied customer.
  • Manage the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of specialist Building Management Systems and Controls.
  • Take ownership of the project from handover through design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and soft-landing period.
  • Create point schedules and functional descriptions based on building services drawings and specifications.
  • Manage and procure equipment and sub-contractor packages, as well as plan and oversee all commissioning activities and issue documentation.
  • Ensure commercial performance of the project, including preparation and submission of variations, and agreement of the same.
  • Overall responsibility for health and safety management on all managed projects.
  • Manage and agree the appropriate purchase and sub-contract orders as required on the projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of project management in the construction industry with experience in BEMS and controls systems.
  • Experience in producing and managing a programme of works.
  • Significant experience working to budgets of £0.5m - £5m.
  • Experience of Schneider systems.
  • Experience of managing health and safety in a construction environment.
  • Valid CSCS or ECS site card.
