We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Project Manager to join our in-house MEP Engineering business, Crown House Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex building management systems projects across our data centre portfolio in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of specialist building management systems.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and installation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and procure equipment and sub-contractor packages.
  • Oversee commissioning activities and issue documentation.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
  • Manage commercial performance, including variations and payment applications.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of project management in the construction industry.
  • Experience in BEMS, controls systems, and M&E.
  • Significant experience working to budgets of £0.5m - £5m.
  • Experience of Schneider systems.
  • Valid CSCS or ECS site card.
