Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with customer service skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Monitoring Officer to join our Electronic Monitoring service in Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.

This role involves the installation, investigation, and decommissioning of electronic monitoring equipment, working closely with clients during their curfew period. You will be required to work a set shift pattern, primarily backshift 17:00-00:30 hrs Tuesday to Saturday, and will be provided with a pool car, fuel card, mobile phone, and tablet.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Install, investigate, and decommission curfew orders within your designated area and in accordance with Company Procedures and terms of the contract.
  2. Escalate reportable incidents to the Monitoring Centre and as per agreed procedures.
  3. Maintain, uphold, and demonstrate values and protect the company brand.
  4. Flexible working style.
  5. Full UK driving licence.

Please note, this role does not qualify for a visa under the current Government guidelines; relocation costs will not be granted.
