Electronic Monitoring Field Monitoring Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Monitoring Officer to join our Electronic Monitoring team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Install, investigate, and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in accordance with Company Procedures and terms of the contract.
  2. Escalate reportable incidents to the Monitoring Centre and as per agreed procedures.
  3. Maintain, uphold, and demonstrate values and protect the company brand.
  4. Work a set shift pattern, visiting clients during their curfew period, primarily backshift 17:00-00:30 hrs Tuesday to Saturday.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Field Monitoring Officer within the Electronic Monitoring service. You will be part of a small, supportive team that has been managing the Electronic Monitoring contract on behalf of the Scottish Government for over 20 years.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work a set shift pattern, including backshift 17:00-00:30 hrs Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
