The estimated salary for this role is £21,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
