Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Rugby. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to support our clients in maintaining their independence in their own homes.
You do not need any prior experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional, but having experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is beneficial. You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering excellent service, and be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
Key Responsibilities
Provide non-medical services to support clients in maintaining their independence
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care
