Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel-Commercial-Hybrid

Location: Flexible, with options for remote work and occasional travel to our offices in Newbury and London.

Salary: Competitive salary, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Senior Legal Counsel-Commercial-Hybrid, you will play a key role in driving our business forward, working closely with our leadership team and senior lawyers to deliver strategic legal advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial law matters, including contract negotiation and drafting.
  • Work closely with our business teams to develop and implement legal strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Manage and prioritize legal projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our Group Product Legal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across our business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging legal trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience in commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
