We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service. The successful candidate will oversee Compass Group UK&I catering operations for Defence, managing a team to ensure smooth kitchen and service counter operations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver incredible food experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
  • Supervising culinary and catering teams
  • Communicating regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of catering experience, experience managing teams in a similar role, and hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
