Job Overview

Pay: £6.72 - £11.44 per hour

Dunelm's coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are seeking a Coffee Shop Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the success of the coffee shop by providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
