Job Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: Pontefract, West Yorkshire

Salary: 95-120 per day, depending on experience

Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants/Cover Supervisors to support schools in the Pontefract area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in teaching and leading a class
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with children at Primary age
  • Willingness to travel to various locations
  • Hold a child-enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
  • Able to provide at least two references covering the last 24 months of employment

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.
