Temporary Accounting and Administrative Assistant

Michael Page has been approached by a leading financial services business in Fareham to source a highly capable individual for their Accounts Payable Clerk position. This temporary contract will be a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with a hybrid working policy.

The main responsibilities of this position are:

  • Coding and processing invoices correctly and efficiently
  • Paying suppliers within the specified timeframe
  • Handling daily cash transactions to optimize business operations
  • Maintaining accurate payment records
