About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients Department at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care
  • Conduct routine patient monitoring and care duties, including phlebotomy and ECG scans
  • Update patient records and databases accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, identifying and reporting potential hazards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical environment
  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy experience and knowledge of laboratory procedures
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
