About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineer to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities, maintaining equipment, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding activities to identify and resolve issues with equipment and systems.
  • Implement improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality of production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including records of repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, including PLCs and SCADA systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
