Retail Operations Supervisor

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at The Goodwood Estate, you will play a key role in driving retail operations through our on-site retail outlets. Your primary objective will be to maximise sales opportunities and deliver results in line with retail budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Retail Operations Manager in planning and setting up retail stores and pop-ups for Goodwood events
  • Manage the operations of the retail department, including customer service and sales
  • Recruit, train, and manage retail event staff
  • Ensure timely setup of retail event stores, including tills, cash handling, and reports
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong visual merchandising skills
  • Retail experience in a busy environment
