About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our People and Development Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee growth, enhancing skills, and contributing to the overall success of Nottingham College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and solve training needs, designing and delivering effective learning activities that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support a service that creates, builds, and promotes great leadership at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality learning and interventions to develop every colleague at every level across the College.

  • Have variety by using a range of development methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual classrooms, learning management systems, and career development platforms.
  • Create a great on-boarding experience in the design and delivery of induction programs.
  • Deliver on your in-depth knowledge of the design of career and learning pathways and skills audits.
