Job Title: Business Partner Network H/F

We are a dynamic and collaborative team at Constellia Limited, seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Business Partner Network. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, driving cost savings and process improvements across indirect supply types.
  • Lead and engage with Constellia colleagues to ensure successful delivery of support from implementation, procurement operations, finance, and legal.
  • Conduct large-scale strategic sourcing procurement activities, engaging and negotiating with suppliers to secure best-in-class solutions.
  • Deliver assurance and performance management, presenting client MI and quarterly reviews to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Between 5-10 years of experience in direct strategic sourcing across the public or private sector.
  • A strong sense of ownership, with a drive to deliver exceptional results and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Keen to grow skills and knowledge as the business grows, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Exposure to diverse clients, industries, and cutting-edge technologies, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
