Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Development Specialist to join our team at Warburtons Enfield Bakery.

As a Manufacturing Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing training to help achieve multi-skilled teams, supporting our mission of continuous improvement.

You will take responsibility for planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating training methods and manufacturing procedures to ensure our team is always at its best.

You will also work closely with colleagues to create effective project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop training to achieve multi-skilled teams.
  • Plan, design, deliver, and evaluate training methods and manufacturing procedures.

  • Operate within statutory and company health and safety guidelines.
