The Role

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to join our team, focusing on delivering fully retained projects. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our Research team to develop a detailed understanding of client requirements, value propositions, and expected timescales.

You will be responsible for headhunting and qualifying target individuals, building strong relationships, and managing the recruitment process to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed understanding of specific recruitment assignments
  • Proactively source and qualify potential candidates with relevant career experience
  • Manage the relationship with clients through the delivery of the project, ensuring clear and accurate communication
Requirements
  • At least five years' experience within a recruitment environment
