Job Summary:
Castlefield Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Team Lead to join our client's expanding organisation in London. This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity with a competitive salary of around £49,000 per annum.
The Role:
- Provide strategic leadership and promote continuous improvement in quality, performance, and delivery of organisational objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate staff within the desktop support team to deliver and improve services.
- Develop, implement, establish, and review performance management systems within the desktop support team.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, guidance, and support to new starters as well as existing engineers.
- Diagnose technical issues using knowledge and assimilated knowledge from various sources.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with other leads, business owners, and technical experts.
- Willingness to maintain and acquire new skills in desktop support management or support.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with peers and management across the organisation.
