Job Title: Lead Consultant - Desktop Support

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant - Desktop Support to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional desktop support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and resolve desktop-related issues, including software installations, new computer setups, and imaging existing laptops/desktops.
  2. Provide on-site support for desktop/laptop/printer/conference rooms/mobile device/inventory management.
  3. Maintain ownership of user issues and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Collaborate with vendors and ensure proper communication with the Service Desk and end-users.
  5. Ensure compliance with customer enterprise device group policies.
  6. Perform IMAC-related activities and inventory management.
  7. Provide on-site setup of equipment during events, including coordinating networking requirements and working with third-party vendors.
  8. Travel to off-site locations as required for future acquisition setup and cutovers.
Management Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain metrics and reports from the ticketing tool.
  2. Serve as the single point of contact for the Service Desk and customers.
  3. Identify improvement areas and work with management to address gaps.
  4. Participate in reviews and represent performance metrics for the supported region.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop management.
