About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accommodation Office Team Leader. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our children's home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to our clinical team and residents
  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the home, including attendance and payroll
  • Coordinating activities and events to promote the well-being and development of our residents
  • Working closely with our Head of Care to ensure the highest standards of care and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements
  • A driving licence
