Accommodation Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation services, providing exceptional customer service, and driving team productivity.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of accommodation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling and workflow processes to optimize team productivity.
- Collaborate with other teams to manage workload and ensure seamless communication.
- Drive team performance and individual performance management, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Maintain a full schedule of work for the team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure our people have the appropriate training and work authorisations to support a safe and productive working environment.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Ability to develop a good understanding of craft roles and work activities in the team.
- NRSWA qualification or understanding of NRSWA legislation (full training can be provided).
